Yes! Whether you’re planning a ceremony, reception, or both, we offer flexible options to suit your wedding vision.
External catering is permitted in the Meeting Hall. For the Auditorium and Banqueting Room, our exclusive catering partner, Blanco Horner, provides premium dining experiences.
You’re more than welcome to bring your own cake from an outside supplier.
Cakes will need to be delivered on the day of your wedding as we cannot store them for you overnight due to limited space.
Timing is completely up to you. You’re welcome to stay late however access after midnight will incur additional charges.
We ask that all belongings are collected after your event or the next business day
following your event.
Venue access for you and your vendors begins from 11:00 am on your wedding day, allowing plenty of time for setup.
We provide key essentials including tableware, linen (black or white), a cake plinth, gift table, bar setup, cake knife, and menus.
You’re welcome to bring in your own stylist to personalise your celebration.
To protect the venue, we don’t allow candles or naked flames, smoke, dry ice, haze, confetti, or glitter.
There are still plenty of creative ways to style the space beautifully within these guidelines.
Yes, you’re welcome to book your preferred DJ or live band. We’re happy to work with your entertainment providers including arranging our Organist to play for you!
There are several accommodation options within walking distance, making it easy for guests to stay nearby. Popular choices include the Adelaide Marriott Hotel, Adina Apartment Hotel, and Amora / Hilton Hotel.
There is no onsite parking available at the Adelaide Town Hall. We recommend your guests park at nearby UPark Topham Mall, UPark Gawler Place, UPark Wyatt Street or UPark Pirie Flinders.
Accessible parking is available in front of the Adelaide Town Hall on King William Street daily from 7:00 pm to midnight (except Mondays).
