Ticketing is managed by the hirer meaning you are free to use your preferred platform or provider. 

We’ll support your event by listing it on our What’s On page and encourage you to promote your event using the free Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) service to expand your reach.

The Banqueting Room is ideal as an artist assembly or backstage area, with direct access to the Auditorium stage. Our Venue Office team can help tailor the setup to your needs.

To ensure a consistent and professional experience, all Front of House staff are provided by Adelaide Town Hall, as outlined in your hire agreement.

The venue includes four private dressing rooms, each with its own ensuite, providing a comfortable space for performers to prepare.

Yes, a dedicated Green Room is available and is ideal for VIP guests, speakers, or pre-show use.

Yes. Bar service is available from the Northern and Southern Galleries, and you can choose to operate one or both depending on your event requirements. 

All bar service is fully cashless.

A dedicated loading zone is located on Prince Alfred Lane, with access to a goods lift to support efficient bump-in and bump-out.
