Blanco Horner Hospitality Management is the contracted Adelaide Town Hall caterer and looks after all catering at Adelaide Town Hall events.
Timing is completely up to you. You’re welcome to stay late however access after midnight will incur additional charges. We ask that all belongings are collected after your event.
We do ask that all items (decorations/chair covers etc.) are collected directly after the event, as we have limited storage space and may have an event the following day. Please discuss other arrangements with your Venue Coordinator.
No, styling is not included but we can provide a list of stylists/suppliers. We do provide tables, chairs, table linen, glassware, crockery and cutlery.

A dedicated loading zone is located on Prince Alfred Lane, with access to a goods lift to support efficient bump-in and bump-out.
Yes. We can accommodate DJ’s or bands for your event.
There is no onsite parking available at the Adelaide Town Hall. We recommend your guests park at nearby UPark Topham Mall, UPark Gawler Place, UPark Wyatt Street or UPark Pirie Flinders.
Accessible parking is available in front of the Adelaide Town Hall on King William Street daily from 7:00 pm to midnight (except Mondays).

The Banqueting Room is ideal as an artist assembly or backstage area, with direct access to the Auditorium stage. Our Venue Office team can help tailor the setup to your needs.
To ensure a consistent and professional experience, all Front of House staff are provided by Adelaide Town Hall, as outlined in your hire agreement.
The venue includes four private dressing rooms, each with its own ensuite, providing a comfortable space for performers to prepare.
Yes, a dedicated Green Room is available and is ideal for VIP guests, speakers, or pre-show use.
Yes. Bar service is available from the Northern and Southern Galleries, and you can choose to operate one or both depending on your event requirements.
