$120 per person, Day Delegate Conference Package includes: 

Based on a minimum of 100pax

  • Room hire – The Auditorium
  • Room set up
  • All day catering:
    • Continuous service of freshly brewed coffee, a selection of boutique teas
    • Morning tea: Chef’s Selection of one morning tea item
    • Working Lunch: Daily selection of sandwiches and selection of two salads
    • Afternoon tea: Chef’s Selection of one afternoon tea item
    • Orange juice, still and sparkling water
    • Healthy treat
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi for all delegates
  • PA system, lectern, and microphone

  • Additional Audio-Visual requirements (e.g. screen & Projector, stage) priced on request through Scene Change
  • Tech support is available on site for the day for an additional charge.
  • Flipcharts and other support materials can be supplied at a cost
  • Please enquire about Security charges for weekend and out of hours events
