It was 2016 when Dominique and Josh were introduced to each other over a glass of Adelaide Hills shiraz. Four years and a few more glasses of shiraz later, the couple were engaged and planning a wedding!
“Adelaide Town Hall was the number one choice for our wedding ceremony. The grand design and class was exactly what we wanted to represent the significance and importance of our special day”, said Dominique and Josh.
When reflecting on the day, Josh said “getting driven to the Adelaide Town Hall in our respective cars was surreal for the both of us! I loved being able to greet all our guests as they arrived at the Town Hall and then most importantly, seeing Dominique walk down the aisle towards me in her stunning Madi Lane wedding gown was an amazing moment!”

With multiple backdrops to choose from, after their ceremony Dominique and Josh walked through the Town Hall getting the perfect photos. The Auditorium and its organ made for an incredible backdrop for family and friend portraits, whilst the stonework in the corridors leading to the Banqueting Room and the ornate marble staircase were some of Dominique and Josh’s favourite photo backdrops.
“We felt very privileged that the day went off without a hitch, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic situation constantly changing”, said Dominique and Josh.
